Free Port Vladivostok Act: one more argument of national concept of special economic zone

Russian legislation provides a variety of economic zones with a special regime – a special economic zone, particular economic zone, territory of advanced development, zone of territorial development. The poor economic effectiveness of existing zones and corruption component of their operation raises the question of the need of national concept of special economic zone. Free Port Vladivostok Act confirms this idea.
